About Event

How would you feel about hosting a session without an agenda? 👀

How might improvisation, transparency, and vulnerability play a role in facilitation? 💡

Drawing inspiration from Wilfred Bion's statement that a psychoanalyst should be "without understanding, memory, and desire," we will reflect on how facilitators can prepare to conduct sessions with no agenda, literally and symbolically. 🔥

We will delve into the role of improvisation, transparency, and vulnerability in facilitation and consider how these elements can help guide us through the unknown.

This session is designed to provide a space for reflection and exploration to help participants understand the potential benefits and challenges of conducting sessions without a preconceived agenda. 😍

During this session, we will:

✨ Explore the role of improvisation, transparency and vulnerability;

💭 Reflect on how to facilitate through the unknown;

👀 Reflect about our “hidden agendas” as facilitators.
