​Meet the panelists:
​Sabryna is Facilitator and Learning Designer for Hyper Island Americas. After an international career in FMCG companies that led her from France to Germany and then Brazil, she decided to join Hyper Island to help individuals and organizations adapt to a world in constant change. She designs and facilitates transformative learning experiences for clients like Nestlé, American Express, Mondelez, Santander, Bayer, Kraft Heinz, Heineken.
​Through experiential learning (learn by doing) and by putting people at the heart of innovation and transformation, the Hyper Island Way empowers people to rise up to the challenge and become change agents in their organizations.
​Howard is founder of Wavetable, a creative studio forging a more engaging future of learning. Wavetable works with purpose-driven companies to design and produce unique programs, experiences and content rooted in learning and connection: from team off-sites to youth apprenticeships; industry conferences to leadership development programs.
​Howard’s background includes teaching and facilitation work around the world, and 10 years in digital media & entertainment as a producer, event promoter, talent agent, and entrepreneur.
​As well as leading Wavetable, he is also a member of the advisory board of SXSW, and a certified professional coach. Perhaps most importantly, he's in an ongoing search for the perfect breakfast.

​Sabba believes cultures of innovation begin with a culture of empathy. Her journey took her from being a high school teacher to education executive at Apple. Dr. Quidwai now works with schools to integrate design thinking practices that give young people the mindset and skills to thrive in workplaces and as global citizens.Â
Sabba hosts the podcast, "Designing Schools," and is releasing a documentary based on her research about design thinking in Summer 2022.
