About Event

Have you ever attended a workshop or a meeting where participants rarely spoke, and no one dared to disagree or bring a different viewpoint forward? Have you struggled with creating a safe space that invites honesty and vulnerability in the virtual room yourself? 😣

What if we could play a serious professional love game to unlock the power of psychological safety within a group?! “Professional Love! Prove us wrong!” is an agile game that aims to do just that! ✨

As the game advance, the level of trust in the team will improve. As a result, teams can collaborate more effectively, get comfortable asking for help, shift from a team with conflict to a team that has constructive conflict, and help people grow. Let’s have some fun and explore how the game will create joy in the teams you are working with! 🥳

Game background:

The game is based on Mandy Len Catron’s Modern Love essay, “To Fall in Love With Anyone, Do This”. In this essay, the author refers to a study by the psychologist Arthur Aron (and others) that explores whether intimacy between two strangers can be accelerated by having them ask each other a specific series of personal questions. The 36 questions in the study are broken up into three sets, with each set intended to be more probing than the previous one. The agile game is based on these questions but instead of colleagues falling in love with each other, they should rather learn more about each other - professional love at its best!

In this workshop, we will explore:

💬 How questions can create deep conversations.

💡 How questions can be transferred to business life.

💛 How human connection and professional love happen in a short period.
