In our 90-minute session, we will work in teams to create and frame a winning strategy for a mock business challenge, Tesla's India GTM Strategy.
The session aims to provide an overview of the complete Unbox System, of a board game, 200+ cards, plus accompanying MIRO templates.🧰

This fusion allows him to tackle industry challenges with ease and create engaging and learner centric experiences. Iva Sladic Keco is seasoned strategist, facilitator, and designer passionate about finding effective ways to bring people together and approach complex challenges.
Throughout her 20+ year career she worked with leaders in big and small companies and teams around the globe to improve processes and teamwork, remove inefficiencies, create beautiful brands and launch interesting products.
She founded Curious collaborations (previously WakeMake) to focus on power of facilitation and bring modern collaboration methodologies to businesses around the world as to increase their mission impact and make work effective, meaningful, and fun for as many people as possible.
When not designing or facilitating she spends time with her family, swims, or plans the next travel.
