About Event

As facilitators, it's worth sitting with the concept of "metaphors" and how to best use them in our sessions.

Why?

They are great avenues to emotionally engage participants by connecting abstract ideas to concrete, relatable experiences. And the benefits don't stop here! 💪

Metaphors help boost cognitive flexibility, promote metacognition, encourage playful exploration that feels safe, help reduce resistance to change, and often facilitate perspective shifts. 🧠

In this session, Harshit will share his insights gained from orchestrating numerous sessions where art and metaphors served as the catalyst for meaningful conversations.

Get ready to unleash your inner artist—all you need are some basic art supplies like plain sheets, colors, and markers.

Here's what we'll explore and take away:

  1. 🖌️ Artful Facilitation: Learn how to harness the creative power of art as a medium for facilitating conversations, unlocking innovative approaches to problem-solving.

  2. 🧠 Metaphorical Mastery: Discover the art of designing prompts using metaphors, elevating your facilitation skills by fostering deeper insights and connections.

  3. 🚀 Energize Your Events: Gain access to five dynamic activities and energizers that you can seamlessly incorporate into your next event, injecting fresh enthusiasm and engagement into your participants.

Join us and let's discover the magic of art and metaphors as powerful tools in facilitation. 🎨✨
