About Event

In this session, Luke O’Mahoney will take us behind the scenes of his iterative design process for SapienX flagship cohort-based program. 💪

The PEOPLE Culture: Enablement Programme is designed to be actionable, giving People Leaders, Ops Leaders, andFounding Teams a cultural framework and practical methodologies, to curate people-first performance culture.

The learning experience is a combination of async learning modules, a private Slack community, live weekly check-in sessions, and two design workshops. 🔥

At the heart of Luke’s approach is people-centered design which combines Product Management, Agile, Design Thinking, Lean and UX principles to enable intentional PX & Culture design.

We'll explore the journey this program took from a three-workshop beta program, through to the current version of the 9th cohort.

About the host:

Luke is a former Head of People in recovery… Having spent over a decade in Talent and People Ops within both corporate and startup environments, Luke’s last role was Head of People & Operations for a B2B payment solutions startup in Birmingham, UK, before setting out as a People Ops Solopreneur.

Luke founded SapienX to give People Ops and HR Leaders access to the community, content, and courses needed to evolve the very fabric of HR and usher in the era of People Experience (PX) design.

The flagship SapienX  product is a cohort based programme teaching “People people” the foundations of PX Design & Culture Enablement.

Luke shares actionable tips, insights and resource flags on how to implement intentional People Experience (PX) design for thriving culture on LinkedIn, in his weekly newsletter (PX Espresso) and podcast (The PX Espresso Hour).

The Butter Show & Tell Series brings learning designers, trainers, course creators, and community builders behind some of our client's bespoke learning programs. Tag along!
