About Event

MosaicLab Academy delivers training and courses, both self-paced and live, on topics like facilitation, deliberative engagement, managing difficult conversations, and engagement planning.🧠

In this session, Nicole will give us a glimpse into the design process of their live, group courses.

We'll talk about the design processes to enable diversity of views to be heard, to help groups move to decision-making together around complex issues, and to ensure there is great interactivity at the same time. 🙌

About the host:

Nicole has over 25 years’ experience in community engagement and facilitation projects. Ranging from projects with high emotion and community outrage through to deliberative democracy projects for state and local government.

She is a recent co-author of the book 'Facilitating deliberation - A Practical Guide' with her fellow MosaicLab Directors Keith Greaves and Kimbra White. She brings an absolute passion for genuine engagement to her work and believes people really can solve complex problems if given enough time, information and a great process.

The Butter Show & Tell Series brings learning designers, trainers, course creators, and community builders behind some of our client's bespoke learning programs. Tag along!
