About Event

A 6-week programme of live workshops, habit-disrupting experimentation and dedicated support to help you build a better relationship with your tech. 🎮

Ok, that sounds cool.

But how is it designed? 👀

A combination of weekly live sessions, in-between habit-disrupting experiments, and a digital habits toolkit—this learning experience promises to 2x the wellbeing and productivity of its participants. 🔥🔥

For the last Show & Tell session, we are joined by Jonathan, the Founder of Mind over Tech, to take us on a journey into the design foundations of this cohort-based course.

Here's what we'll cover:

  • How to use designed alliances to establish a safe environment for vulnerability.

  • How to use technology to align with the purpose of the session and reduce unnecessary distractions.

  • How to help people stay connected with a sense of embodiment during the sessions.

  • How to build in moments for pause and reflection into the sessions.

About the host:

Jonathan is a seasoned web developer and user experience designer. Alongside that, he’s spent the last 10 years designing and delivering programmes that demystify disruptive technologies such as Machine Learning and AI to corporate leaders around the world.

In 2015, while on a meditation retreat, Jonathan suddenly found himself doom-scrolling twitter, despite his best intentions. He founded Mind over Tech with the mission to help himself, and others, find a better relationship with their tech while embracing the gifts of the digital world.

He firmly believes that exploring our digital habits can turn the mundane reality of emailing and zooming into fuel for personal transformation.

The Butter Show & Tell Series brings learning designers, trainers, course creators, and community builders behind some of our client's bespoke learning programs. Tag along!
