About Event

​With every breath, you get a chance to reset. This active meditation uses a three-part breathing technique that provides immediate relief for the body and mind. This breath pattern activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to move out of fight-or-flight and into rest and recovery mode. With the breath as your anchor, this practice will teach you a powerful tool scientifically proven to help increase resilience to stress, enhance mood, and improve sleep.
