    • About Marion: Marion Couesnon is a celebrated interaction designer and an expert in accessibility with a CPWA certification. With a rich background in usability research, interface and experience design, and coding, she has been a part of the Federal Government's central digitalization unit. Marion's multidisciplinary approach and curiosity-driven career have shaped her into a prominent figure in the field. Interestingly, she tried chair dancing during the first COVID lockdown but quickly returned to her main sport, boxing.

  2. Shreya Sharma & Kartik Shrivastava - Lead Strategic Designers at BCG

    • Talk: "Embedding Disability Inclusion into Organisational DNA"

    • About Shreya: As a Lead Strategic Designer, Shreya Sharma has led significant client engagements across multiple continents. She is a vital member of AccessAbility@BCG and the BCG Berlin node, focusing on inclusivity for diverse groups. Shreya was the BCG & Valuable500 2023 Disability Inclusion Representative, highlighting her commitment to this cause.

    • About Kartik: Kartik Shrivastava, with his expertise in UX strategy, Futures Thinking, and Customer Journey, has been influential at BCG X and formerly at Zalando & IBM. As the 2024 Berlin node for AccessAbility@BCG, he brings his personal experiences as a caregiver and his challenges with short-term disabilities to the fore. Kartik is also a passionate aviation enthusiast and dreams of an airline exclusively for dogs.

A member of the Information Technology Committee of the DVBS e.V., Heinz has played a significant role in advocating for visual accessibility and the joy of seeing, "Sehfreude," for people with visual impairments. His current focus lies on promoting equal access to all technologies and exploring the transformative potential of eHealth and smart glasses.

Felix Alexander Hoge - Lead UX Designer at DAYONE

Felix Alexander Hoge, with over a decade of experience in UX design across multiple cities and agencies, brings a practical and creative approach to the discussion. Specializing in mobility, health, and finance sectors, Felix's expertise lies in tackling high-complexity projects and products. His personal life, characterized by building and creatively demolishing Lego towers with his young son, reflects his innovative and playful approach to problem-solving and design.
