About Event

FOCUS on Flexibility: Thursday we will focus on opening Shoulders and Hips. This can help with backbends - or just reverse desk posture so you can move more freely. The hips and shoulders can be intense areas to open, so adjust as needed to find a firm yet gentle stretch, that works with your body - one that you can eventually relax into.

PROPS: 1) You, in your most relaxing clothes :) 2) Wall space 3) Cushions & blocks. 4) Strap.

WE SOMETIMES USE: A study stool that can hold all your weight for "Noddle Pose".

Long, slow, deep passive stretches to open up specific areas of the body with the goal of increasing flexibility.

We do the work together because we are stronger together :)
