We’d love for you to join us for the one-night-only debut of BOON Ramen – where you will be one of only 50 individuals invited to taste noodles that were imagined in (and up until now have only existed in) the metaverse.

These aren’t just any noodles. The virtual entrepreneur behind BOON Ramen is known in the metaverse as Chief Noodle Officer “Esther” — but the real-life chef behind the online creations is renowned chef and restaurateur Esther Choi, celebrated for her Korean American culinary skills, and known for her ramen.
