1.GROWTH LEAD : responsible for building and interacting with student communities and generating new leads for the dao.
Responsibilities|:
Identifying new growth opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them
Developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention tactics
Identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth
Working closely with the core team to ensure the growth strategy is aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
responsible for increasing the number of BOBDAO partners and initiating signing of MOU's and partnership deals
Requirements:
To be able to negotiate deals and create best scenarios for the Dao
To be able to write cold mails and get necessary leads.
To represent bobdao in public forums and discuss about collaborative ideas
Marketing lead :- responsible for increasing awareness of the event , handling social media handles , coordinating with designer for social media posts , and on ground marketing of the hackathon in various colleges
promoting events and activities, building relationships with potential sponsors, and increasing the community's visibility and reach through various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and other forms of advertising.
creating and distributing content such as articles, infographics, and videos that showcase the community's activities and mission.
responsible for managing a team of marketing and communications professionals or volunteers to help execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Event lead: Planning and organizing events that align with the mission and vision of the community.
responsibilities:-
Coordinating with other members of the community to ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinating with external organizations and vendors to secure event locations, equipment, and other resources.
Managing event budgets and ensuring that expenses stay within budget.
Managing event registration and attendance, including managing guest lists, sending out event reminders and creating sign-in sheets.
Communicating with the community regarding upcoming events and keeping them informed about event details and schedule changes.
Coordinating with marketing and PR teams to promote events to the community and the wider public.
Managing event volunteer teams to ensure smooth operations before, during and after events.
Ensuring that all events are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assessing the success of events, collecting feedback and making recommendations for future events.
Design lead- video editor
responsibilities:-
Conceptualizing and creating engaging video content for the community, including promotional materials, event coverage, and educational content.
Using professional video editing software to edit footage and create polished final products.
Collaborating with other members of the community, including writers, graphic designers, and photographers, to ensure that video content aligns with the overall aesthetic and message of the community.
Advising and mentoring other community members on video production techniques and best practices.
Staying current with new technologies and trends in the video production industry and adapting accordingly.
Managing the community's video library and ensuring that all content is properly stored, labeled, and organized.
Creating and implementing a video production schedule and managing the budget for video production.
Providing regular updates to the community's leadership team on the status of video production projects.
