芝野恭平
東京大学 工学系研究科 ブロックチェーンイノベーション寄付講座 特任研究員
東京工業大学大学院修士課程を修了後、スタートアップ企業にて複数社でソフトウェア開発に従事。2018年に東京大学大学院博士課程を修了し、博士（工学）の学位を取得。現在は、東京大学ブロックチェーンイノベーション寄付講座にて特任研究員を務めている。CO.NECTブロックチェーン学生起業家支援プログラムやブロックチェーン公開講座の運営・講師を担当し、ZK周りを中心としたブロックチェーンの応用研究にも取り組んでいる。

After working on the development of on-chain analytics tools at a Web3 startup, Matsumoto joined Skyland Ventures, a fund specializing in Web3 as a capitalist. At Pacific Meta, Matsumoto leads intiatives related to Japanese business development and new business creation.
Junya Kato
Business Development, AKINDO
Kato has 7 years of experience in Web3. While assuming his BD role at AKINDO, he also supports multiple Web3 projects. Through both global and local activities, Kato drives international expansion for the decentralized storage project Xenea through BD and marketing. Additionally, he leads OffChain Tokyo — his own Web3 community.
Kyohei Shibano, PhD
Project Researcher, Endowed Chair for Blockchain Innovation, The University of Tokyo
After completing a Master’s program at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Shibano worked as a software developer at several startup companies. In 2018, he earned his PhD in Engineering at the University of Tokyo. He is currently a Project Researcher at the Endowed Chair for Blockchain Innovation at the University of Tokyo.
Shibano is involved in managing and lecturing for initiatives such as the CO.NECT Blockchain Student Entrepreneur Support Program and Blockchain Public Lectures. He is also engaged in the applied research of blockchain technologies, with a particular focus on zero-knowledge (ZK) systems.
