In this first of a 2-part series, Mike Zahller is going to walk you through the current state of customer experience mapping and why the maps produced from this process today are not enough to deliver experience customers are ultimately seeking.  Instead, organizations need to start producing a second map during this process which will outline how the customer experience will be enabled/delivered.  Mike will demonstrate why this second map is needed and what should be included on this map.  Finally, Mike will help you assess your current situation so that you can take your customer experience mapping efforts to the next level.
