Refund Policy
At Art Club, our mission is to create joyful, inspiring experiences for everyone. We understand that life happens, which is why we’ve crafted a policy that’s fair, transparent, and community-minded—helping us continue to build meaningful workshops while respecting the time and energy of our artists and guests.
Definitions
RSVP = a confirmed spot, secured by completing payment via Stripe on Lu.ma.
Refund Eligibility
Full refund: Cancellations made at least 8 days before the workshop
50% refund: Cancellations made 4–7 days before the workshop
No refunds: Cancellations made within 4 days of the event
Non-Refundable Fees
Any credit card or administrative fees associated with bookings are non-refundable.
Class Transfers
You may request to transfer your booking to another workshop of equal or lesser value, if requested at least 7 days before the original workshop date and subject to availability.
Missed Classes
We cannot offer refunds or credits for missed classes unless agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances.
Weather or Emergency-Related Cancellations
In the case of event cancellations due to weather or emergencies, Art Club will offer rescheduling options or full refunds.
Cancellation by Art Club
If Art Club must cancel a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
RSVP & No-Show Policy
Because we intentionally keep our workshops small, every RSVP matters. Supplies, space, and staffing are all based on attendance.
No-shows without notice affect the entire group experience.
We reserve the right to pause or restrict future RSVPs for guests who repeatedly RSVP and fail to show without communicating.

How to Request a Refund
All refund or transfer requests must be emailed to contact.thesunshine@gmail.com.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

Prohibited Conduct:
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behaviors are strictly prohibited. Examples include:
Verbal abuse or derogatory comments based on identity.

Let’s keep Art Club welcoming and joyful! Participants are expected to approach workshops with kindness, respect, and open-mindedness, creating a positive, collaborative environment for everyone.
Reporting and Resolution:
If you witness or experience discrimination or harassment, please report it promptly to contact.thesunshine@gmail.com. All reports are handled confidentially and taken seriously. Violation of this policy may result in removal from programs or termination of contracts.
