Veterans For Peace will hold a brief traditional Armistice Day Observance by celebrating the peace that the end of WW1 promised. Additionally, we recognize and honor all the victims of war. We do this by ringing a bell 11 times promptly at 11 am followed by one minute of silent reflection. Afterwards, David Swanson, author, activist, journalist, radio host, cofounder and executive director of WorldBeyondWar.org and campaign coordinator for RootsAction.org will deliver concluding remarks.
