"Am I Ace Enough?": Navigating the Asexual Umbrella
Join us as we welcome (again) Aubri Lancaster (she/her) for "Am I Ace Enough?": Navigating the Asexual Umbrella on Wednesday, December 20th @ 7:00pm EST over Zoom! For those of you who missed this workshop earlier this year, here is your chance to catch it!
This workshop will be recorded and will be made available to everyone who registers for 7 days following the workshop.
About the workshop: Finding your way to an Asexual identity can be a joyous, scary, and confusing journey. It's common to initially dismiss Asexuality due to internalized bias and assumptions or to question your validity due to differing experiences. Discovering a nearly infinite array of Microlabels relating to the degree or circumstances of Attraction, Libido, Desire, Behavior and Fantasy can be incredibly empowering or leave you rolling your eyes in frustration. In this transformative workshop we will delve into the language of Asexual labels including why we use them, what they communicate, and how to navigate your own path authentically.
For all who wish to learn about how to have healthy, empowering, pleasureful sex and relationships overall, especially folks who identify as trans, non binary, or gender diverse. Also including but not limited to people who identify as queer, people with trans partners, young people, and health educators.
This workshop is expected to run between 90 - 120minutes.

About Aubri Lancaster:
Aubri Lancaster (she/her) is an AASECT and ANTE UP! Certified Sexuality Educator. As a Greyromantic Asexual, Aubri has lived experience and a connection to the Asexual and Aromantic communities that provides a unique perspective on the issues facing the changing landscape of sexuality and orientation. When not working, Aubri spends her time with her spouse, her friends, her 6 year old, and her two adorable Chihuahuas.

Tickets are available on a sliding scale ($3-$50) to ensure folx of varying economic backgrounds are able to access the sex education they deserve. We ask those who have the financial means to help "spread the wealth" by contributing to the community pool so that we can offer a limited number of sponsored free tickets to those who need it.
We kindly ask that those who have the financial means to purchase a ticket do so, and save our sponsored free tickets to those who do not.

Refund + Cancellation Policy:
Unless otherwise specified, all workshops are recorded and access to the recording is made available for 7 days following the workshop to everyone who registered prior to the workshop start time. We do not offer refunds to those who were unable to attend or watch the recording within the allotted time.
In the event SHIP and/or the Educator(s) need to change the date of the workshop, we will automatically transfer your registration once the workshop has been rescheduled. If the workshop is cancelled outright, we will contact you with the option to have your registration fee refunded, transferred to another workshop, or treated as a tax-deductible donation.
