About Kristine Bañez
Kristine is one of Embiggen's Partners and is Embiggen Ventures' Managing Director. She envisions and plans the co-creation of new ventures together with the rest of Embiggen's venture building team.
She has an extensive track record working with both multinational corporations and startups in the Philippines. Her management and leadership experience spans multiple industries and companies including being the Chief Experience Officer of Mediclick Health, an e-commerce healthcare startup, General Manager of Luxasia, a luxury skincare and cosmetics brand, and Director for Marketing and Partnerships at Lifetrack Medical Systems. Prior to these, she was the former Associate Regional Business Lead, and head of the Market Access and New Business Development unit of Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines. She also has experience working for Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson as a Senior Product Manager for multiple product portfolios.
She graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from the ESADE Business & Law School in Spain in 2009.
