AT x Communication

​A special one-off workshop exploring how the Alexander Technique can be applied to the act of communication. The workshop will explore modes of communication that tune into how we can listen and speak using the intelligence of the whole self. Using group exercises and work in breakout rooms, this session will provide a means to connect with storytelling and speaking in a new way.

This is an open level workshop, accessible to complete beginners as well as those with some experience of the Alexander Technique.

​The workshop will be held on Zoom and no preparation is needed for the session. It is recommended to tune in from a calm, private space in order to be able to comfortably engage and experiment with the live communication exercises.
