Join Athleta & Women That Rock for a special Morning Movement Class to live music during SXSW.
This is a mat based class led by instructor Bridget O’Carroll Freidberg founder of Studio Qila.
About The Class: Studio Qila is a high-intensity, Pilates-inspired workout that uses slow, controlled movement and purposeful cardio bursts to build strength. Modifications and amplifications are always offered to be inclusive to all fitness levels.
About Studio Qila: Indigenous woman owned, and is committed to giving back to our community. Qila means spirit of the earth in Alutiiq (our founder's Alaska Native language), representing strength and focus beyond the physical.
Equipment: Athleta Yoga Mats will be provided for class. Bala Bangles will be gifted to all participants by our friends at Bala.
Guests will also receive special gifts from our wellbeing partners Kora Organics & Athletic Greens.
Refreshments will be provided by Luna Bar & Mayawell.
