Ask Me Anything: Career Coaching Edition with Kelly
Got questions about job searching, career pivots, burnout, or breaking into tech? Let’s talk about it. Join us for an open, honest AMA with Kelly Jamison, a career coach with 15+ years of experience supporting folks in tech and beyond.
Kelly is a former mental health counselor turned career coach and DEI advocate. She’s supported students at NYU’s engineering school, worked in the bootcamp world, and now coaches members at Tech Ladies—specializing in helping underrepresented genders navigate and thrive in tech.
Whether you're early in your career, exploring a pivot into tech, returning after a break, or feeling stuck or burnt out, this session is for you. We’re creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can ask your questions live or submit them ahead of time—whatever’s on your mind is fair game.
We'll wrap up with optional breakout rooms so you can connect with other attendees, reflect on what you’ve heard, and share your own experiences. You might come with a question, but you’ll leave with insights, community, and the reminder that you’re not alone—others are navigating the same challenges, and we all have something to learn from each other.
