​Workshop Information

​To prepare yourself for the near future of submitting a resume, learn all about what it takes to dodge the obstacle of getting past an AI Resume Reader! Hear how the AI scans your resume, which takes into account key words, subcategories, the style of your resume, and countless other factors. We encourage you to update your own resume while listening to this meeting, or get started formatting one if you haven’t created one already. As with the rest of the workshops, there will be a period of time for a Question and Answer session near the end of the workshop, so if you have any concerns about AI resume readers or questions for the formatting of your own resume, make sure to sign up!

​Meet the Speaker: Lauren Welkie

​Lauren Welkie is a Senior Associate for strategic partnerships at ZipRecruiter, and is closely connected with ZipRecruiter labor economist Julia Pollak! Lauren is passionate about training and developing sales organizations, and continues to lead sales enablement partnership efforts with ADP. She partners with executive leadership to build, implement, and execute partnership programs to increase revenue, activate go-to-market plans, drive strategic initiatives, and enable global sales teams!

The 1 day event will consist of a series of Zoom workshops that will introduce high school students to how to use technology to efficiently tackle future-proofing responsibilities.
