About: Shayna Hiller
Shayna Hiller, CHC, E-RYT, is a trauma-informed embodiment guide, health coach, and yoga and meditation teacher with nearly two decades of experience guiding individuals back to the innate wisdom within.
Her work is rooted in nervous system healing, somatic intimacy, spiritual practice, and ancient ritual, offered in a way that’s modern, inclusive, and deeply human.
From international retreats to private coaching containers, Shayna weaves together science and spirit to support others in awakening their full potential.
She is passionate about creating safe, sacred spaces where truth can emerge and transformation can unfold naturally, without force.
Shayna graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Board Certified Health Coach in 2008. She has had the privilege to travel the world to learn from and work alongside many master teachers and pioneers in the fields of wellness, personal growth and spirituality. She currently offers in-person retreats, private mentorship and immersive experiences around the world.
