About: Anthony Giuliani
Anthony Giuliani is the Global Head of Operations at Twelve Labs, where he leads finance, legal, and fundraising, while also driving cross-functional execution across science, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. He has helped shape the company from its inception—raising over $110M from investors including NVIDIA, NEA, Radical Ventures, and others, while securing some of the world’s most iconic media and entertainment companies as customers.
A trained lawyer with General Counsel experience, Anthony brings a rare blend of legal, operational, and strategic expertise to fast-growing companies. Earlier in his career, he lived in South Korea, where he taught English. Combined with his work in international relations in the U.S., this gives him a unique perspective on building a company rooted in Korea and shaped in Silicon Valley.
He is passionate about the future of multimodal video AI and its potential to transform how we search, understand, and interact with the world’s video content.

About: Brandon Hoffman
Brandon is General Partner at Sunset Ventures, an early-stage fund in Los Angeles & San Francisco backing founders at the intersection of creativity, mediatech, commerce, and fintech.
Previously, he was an operator and investor at Samsung Next, leading R&D in gaming, fintech, wellness, AI, and blockchain, and closing 20+ early-stage deals, including Ready Player Me, Wonder Dynamics (acquired by Autodesk), and The Sandbox ($1B valuation).
Before that, he was an equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley, covering US Internet and working on high-profile IPOs like Snap, Spotify, and Take-Two Interactive. He began his career as a bank teller in Anaheim, funding college and bootstrapping a music production studio he ran for a decade.
Brandon holds an MBA from Wharton and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and is committed to closing the racial wealth gap through innovation and investment. He co-founded Diverse Angels, launched Samsung’s Diverse Founders Initiative, and serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including Toigo Alumni Endowment and LA County Library Foundation.
