This week: AI for slowing down biological aging 🤖
About the speaker:
Nikhil Yadala's interests and experience are at the intersection of ML, life sciences research, and web3. Nikhil's spent most of the past 10 years in core ML research and applications of ML/AI in computational biology and tech spanning the areas of NLP, computer vision, speech processing, healthcare, and drug discovery. In the past, Nikhil was at the grad school at CMU and studied CS at IIT Guwahati. After that, he worked at Microsoft AI&R as Data & Applied scientist building deep learning models that serve the entire Bing Search traffic all over the world. At some point, I also used to build AI-based strategies for algorithmic high-frequency trading in derivatives markets across exchanges in India.
About the talk:
Nikhil is currently building Healome with a mission to enable everyone to optimize their health and accelerate large-scale community-based biomarker discovery research for aging.
He will share insights and learning from years of researching methods to optimise health by leveraging AI.
More about Healome
With Healome, you can learn “biological age” and get personalized insights into quantifying the effect of habits on your age. We also take an active part in building the current DeSCI stack for preventative health and aging.
We look forward to seeing you there! 🥳👏
