Thanks to companies like Flipkart, Swiggy, Freshworks and several dozen companies who have run liquidity programs pre-IPO over the last few years, employees from these startups have made a whopping $2 Billion worth value from ESOPs over the last 5 years.
Super excited to partner with Qapita (my previous company where I still hold ESOPs :P) to put this walk together on All Things ESOPs and Employee Equity. Inviting Founders, HR Folks and Employees to discuss all questions around ESOPs. We will be joined by Vikram Sivaraman, SVP at Qapita and many founders and investors who'll share their practical experience on All Things ESOPs.

We start our wake at Gate 1, Agara Lake, HSR Layout, Near BDA Complex Flyover, Bengaluru
The shorter circle of Agara is 2.5kms. We'll cover 2 rounds of Agara.
We can have one round of quick intros in the beginning based on who all show up on time. Then we split into smaller groups of 5-7 and walk. We can of course switch groups etc. to maximise networking.
Since we don't have a sponsor (yet), we pay for our coffee (or masala dose etc.) :P
