The fund was formed by Crossbeam to provide registered investment advisors, family offices, endowments, and high net-worth individuals, access to professionally managed private real estate investments through a discretionary fund vehicle with attractive co-investment opportunities.
• The Fund will focus on residential properties located in the Rocky Mountain region, where there are significant imbalances in housing supply and strong demand.
• Our strategy is to invest in niche opportunities for both development of new housing and the redevelopment of existing under-performing housing assets.
• Asset types will include new development of rental and for sale housing, cash-flowing value-add multifamily, adaptive re-use of existing structures to housing, and special situation opportunities.
