CS Graduate Entrepreneurs Mixer
CSGE (Computer Science Graduate Entrepreneurs) is organizing a mixer and panel for Berkeley EECS PhD students, faculty, and alumni. The event is generously hosted by Databricks and sponsored by NEA.
Logistics
Transportation: We have set up Uber groups - please check your email for group assignment if you requested transportation! We will leave Berkeley campus at around 5:00pm, and be returning at 11:30pm. If you’d like transportation, please select “Yes” in the registration question asking if you need transportation. Otherwise, we recommend taking BART to Embarcadero which is a ~5 minute walk to the Databricks office.
Please register by Wednesday (4/19) if you need transportation!
"Research to Startup" Panel: The panel will include Matei Zaharia (Berkeley faculty, Databricks co-founder), Aravind Srinivas (Perplexity AI co-founder), Anand Kulkarni (LeadGenius + Crowdbotics co-founder), and Aaron Jacobson (Partner, NEA), and be moderated by Andrew Krioukov (Comfy + Antimatter co-founder).
