Whether you’re looking to learn something new or just blow off some steam after a busy week, come take a class, spar and meet new people in a laid-back environment. Let’s show that networking can be active, enjoyable, and can even take place on the floor.
Open to all skill levels, whether you’re 4th Dan Black Belts or never even put on a rash guard.

Upon arrival, you'll be provided a sports drink or a bottle of water, and a wristband to signify which class you have signed up for.
Dubai traffic can be a little hectic, so we recommend checking the roads beforehand. feel free to drop in early to get moving and grab a drink in the restaurant.
