活动背景
Cosmos生态正在成为多链、跨链时代的焦点， IBC跨链通讯协议正在引领Crypto领域走向多元化、互操作性的新阶段。
强调主权独立与灵活自治的Cosmos生态得到越来越多的用户与开发者的支持，dYdX的迁移， USDC稳定币加入， 共享安全与消费链的接入持续推动Cosmos往纵深发展。
尤其是IBC异构链的接入， 极大的展示了IBC的横向扩展能力， 未来可以看到包括但不限于以下公链生态的接入： Ethereum、NEAR、Harmony、Polkadot、Polygon、Solana。
Cosmos在去中心化的路上走的非常稳健， 同时也需要社区持续为Cosmos生态助力， 我们希望通过更多的线下活动来传递Cosmos最新动态与发展潜力， 通过线上线下联动的方式持续让Cosmos生态的众多项目及生态建设方分享最新动态，不断推进跨链生态的繁荣可持续发展。
4月中旬的香港区块链周是海内外行业的关注点，我们期待携手合作伙伴齐聚香江 --- Cosmos 宇宙之音， 即将发射。
关于CHA介绍
CHA, Cosmos HK Accelerator, 是由边界智能、IBCL、章鱼网络、ND Labs联合发起的Cosmos加速器，旨在提供日常Meetup活动、生态峰会、Cosmos SDK培训、Cosmos黑客松， 联合Cosmos Official以及媒体、社区、开发者的力量， 面向整个华语及亚太地区提供Cosmos 技术及生态发展的资讯服务、技术孵化及创业项目支持。

Event Background
The Cosmos ecosystem is at the forefront of the multi-chain, cross-chain epoch, with the Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC) leading the cryptocurrency realm toward a new stage of diversity and interoperability.
The Cosmos ecosystem’s emphasis on sovereignty independence and flexible autonomy is gaining momentum with more and more support from users and developers, as evidenced by dYdX’s immigration to Cosmos, the USDC (a stable cryptocurrency) joining forces with Cosmos, and Interchain Security and consumer chains collaborating to promote the in-depth development of Cosmos.
The involvement of the heterogeneous blockchain- IBC, in particular, has enormously demonstrated the horizontal expansion capabilities of IBC. In the future, we anticipate access to public-blockchain ecosystems, including but not limited to Ethereum, NEAR, Harmony, Polkadot, Polygon, and Solana.
Cosmos is on track to decentralization and requires its community to boost the Cosmos ecosystem continuously! We aim to deliver the latest updates and development potential through more on-site events, incentivizing multitudinous projects and the buidlers of the Cosmos ecosystem to share their newest information through joint online-and-onsite activities, and consistently accelerating the sustainable development and prosperity of the ecosystem.
With the Mid-April Hong Kong Blockchain Week as the center of attention at home and abroad, we anticipate collaborating with friends and partners gathering in Hong Kong! Voice of Cosmos is primed for launch!
About CHA
Cosmos HK Accelerator (CHA) is a Cosmos accelerator co-founded by Bianjie.AI, IBCL, Octopus Network, and ND Labs. Our goal is to provide daily meetup activities, ecosystem summits, Cosmos SDK training, and Cosmos hackathons, and combine the power of Cosmos Official, media, communities, and developers to render information services and support of technology incubation and entrepreneurship on the technology of Cosmos and the development of the Cosmos ecosystem for the entire Chinese-speaking and the overall Asia-Pacific regions.

Through a series of Cosmos summits, on-site activities, and the co-organization of the Cosmos SDK Chinese training courses with IBCL’s partners, IBCL is dedicated to promoting broader penetration of Cosmos into the Chinese Web3.0 realm and the discovery of more excellent projects of the Cosmos ecosystem.
Octopus Network
Octopus Network is a multi-chain network for bootstrapping and running dedicated blockchains.
