​In this practical workshop we will review common first aid situations and the herbal methods to deal with them.

​Savayda will offer guidance on creating a herbal first aid kit, including herbs for internal and topical use.

​We'll meet some of the herbs discussed, and learn how to transform them into remedies for your kit.
