​Calyn Brooke Robinow is a NASM certified personal trainer and pre/post natal certified with years of experience training celebrity and private clients.  Her background in competitive dance and cheer inspired her to develop an approach to fitness that challenges and empowers women through movement.  Calyn lives in Scottsdale with her husband, daughter and cockapoo.
