Let's start our week with an morning of ecstatic dance, a unique experience where we co-create the soundscape and move freely, express authentically, and connect deeply with ourselves and the energy around us. This is a space to explore the joy of movement, release old patterns, and simply BE in the moment, fueled by the music that resonates most deeply within each of us.

This could be anything from a song that brings you joy to one that helps you process a challenge.
This is more than a dance—it’s a journey of self-liberation and connection. We'll share our musical offerings, briefly explain their significance, and then collectively open ourselves to the experience, dancing to each other's chosen sounds. Let’s create magic together through shared music and movement!
🌀 Schedule:
🕥 10:30 AM – Arrive and settle into the space.
🕘 10:45 AM – A brief introduction to ecstatic dancing, our collaborative approach, + time to clear and let go of anything weighing you down. We'll also go around and each share the song we've brought and a few words about why we chose it.
🎶 11:05 AM – Our collaborative playlist begins! We'll take turns playing our chosen songs. Let loose, feel the rhythm each song offers, and dance with freedom!
🧘 12:00 PM – A 15-minute meditation to reconnect with your body and calm your spirit after the dance.
💜 12:15 PM – Wrap up in a space of love and friendship with chatting, long hugs, and heartfelt connection, reflecting on the shared musical and movement journey.
