[ODCC1 CC] How To Create A More Inclusive Work Environment for Your Neurodivergent Employees

​As someone who recently figured out he is ADHD and autistic, Leo has started to realize that there were several points throughout his career that his employers didn't put him in a position to succeed. He reached out to the neurodiverse community at large and realized there were many others who had similar experiences. In this session, he will share what it means to be neurodivergent and how employers can better support their neurodivergent employees and create an inclusive and productive environment for all.

​Leo is a the founder and CEO of DeFiNet: Banking for Creators, by Creators. A software engineer who spent the last decade in corporate environments, he recently discovered that he is neurodivergent, which led him to examine his career through a different lens. Doing this gave him the confidence to follow his dream and launch DeFiNet. In addition, he is dedicated to making the world more welcoming of neurodiversity and giving the neurodivergent community the support and resources they need to lead fulfilling successful lives.
