MEET THE HOSTS:
Chef Anu is a culinary storyteller whose journey began in the heart of India and has taken her around the world—from the bustling spice markets of Rajasthan to prestigious kitchens in Europe, Australia and Latin America, including a stint at a 3 Michelin-star restaurant. Growing up in India, she never imagined a life behind the stove—until a transformative dining experience in Girona at a Michelin-starred restaurant ignited a passion for cooking that would change everything.
Today, Chef Anu channels her eclectic experiences into innovative menus that invite diners to embark on a sensory journey and infuses her dishes with the rich traditions of her homeland, drawing inspiration from her travels across the world.

Rebecca Saltman is a social entrepreneur, passionate essential oil hustler and change agent who is creating a better world based on reciprocity, values, and legacy, driving open-ended change to co-create a future that is equally distributed and disruption for good. As a founder of Value Flow Innovations - www.vfi.eco - Rebecca along with her partners are exploring innovative technological solutions to create and measure impact, collaboration and investment with a focus on social and environmental results.
After a two year process in March of 2025 Rebecca is proud to have gotten her Portuguese residency and live in this amazing country!
Ana Romero Monteiro, brings her passion for food, design, and community to life as the founder of FoodiesLX.
A proud Lisbon native, Ana spent eight years living abroad between Prague, New York, and Geneva, experiences that deepened her appreciation for the universal power of food to connect people.
An international designer, now also a community builder, Ana channels her creative spirit into crafting memorable gatherings. She’s a proud mom to a vibrant 5-year-old, an avid ceramic collector, and blends her artistry and hospitality to create inviting spaces where stories are shared and friendships are formed.
Ana’s love for bringing people together around the table is at the heart of FoodiesLX, and she can’t wait to welcome you to this unique event.
