About Event

This event is part of Services Week 2025

Many teams across the public sector are working on ways to offer accessible, effective support to users online, including a growing number of AI-powered solutions. In this session we want to explore visions for a future support landscape that joins up digital channels, AI products and human support agents in contact centres for effective and meaningful ways to meet users’ needs for support.

The GDS team behind the recent private beta of GOV.UK Chat is hosting this one-hour ideation workshop to think big about the future of public sector contact centres.

In the future, how might users seek support and how might call centres and other channels respond to their needs? What might these interactions look like and what role could AI-powered tools play?

This session takes place on Zoom and we will be collaborating on a Mural digital whiteboard.
