About Event

Wouldn’t it be nice to break free from the endless cycle of putting out fires??

We’re soaring, we’re flying, we’re breaking freeeee.

Nope, not for HR. You know how it goes…

Your whole week is planned then suddenly there’s an issue and everything you’ve planned goes out the window.

Firefighting uniform comes on. Stop, drop, and roll all of your plans to tomorrow.

It’s exhausting.

But what if you could work more proactively instead?

That’s where AI can help. 🤖

Join me, Hebba Youssef, along with  Amanda Halle, Founder of Mindful Growth Partners and Author of “Unraveling AI”, Sarika Lamont, Vice President, People + Culture at Vidyard and Claire Schmidt, Founder of AllVoices on November 20th at 1PM ET as we share how AI can revolutionize your People Ops team’s work so that you can go from reactive → proactive.

From automating soul-sucking tasks like filling out forms to drafting reports, we’ll show you how to stop firefighting and start focusing on the work that truly matters—supporting your people!

A big shoutout to AllVoices for making this event possible! Their AI assistant helps People Teams manage anonymous feedback, cases, and investigations, so you can spend less time buried in spreadsheets and more time supporting your team. Check them out!
