The plan of the balancing yoga class is:
Coffee breathing.
30 min dynamic and warming up flow.
30 min cooling down gravity yoga and whiskey breathing.
Water breathing.
This class is a great choice if you want to feel cool, calm and collected, if you want to warm up and improve your flexibility.
