What to expect?
60 minutes of dance-based cardio alternates between high and low intensity moves designed to maximize your calorie-burning potential.
You would be required to be prepared with:
1) Hand Towel
2) Bottle of water
3) Wear Sports / Active Wear
4) Tracker watch (Optional)

Trainer Profile:

Roshni has been a dance-based fitness instructor for the last 3 years.

Roshni has been also associated with Shiamak Davar's Institute of Performing Arts for about 8-9 years. A trained Hip hop & Bollywood freestyle dancer who also loves to Trek, go-cart and has been trained is Karate
