[ODCC1 CC] [Workshop] — Breakthrough Facilitation Tips for Course Creators

​In this 30-minute experiential session, Gwyn will share tried and tested facilitation practices and tips for leading engaging online sessions.

​We'll cover: The basics of effective facilitation; An arc framework for designing engaging sessions; Ideas for tools and activities that you can use with your groups.

​The session will be experiential and participatory. This is a taster session for a longer CBC that Gwyn is developing through ODCC1.

​Facilitator: Gwyn Wansbrough

​Gwyn is a facilitator, trainer, and experience designer. She focuses on training online educators in ways to make online learning more creative, engaging, and human. She has worked in the field of education and facilitation for over 15 years. She recently stepped down as Executive Director of a global facilitation training organization, Partners for Youth Empowerment. She has collaborated with organizations and schools around the world including the Ashoka Foundation, WISE (World Innovation Summit for Education), and well as private foundations, Departments of Education, and universities.
