Session #1: How to raise funds in the USA ?

About Henri Deshays
Henri Deshays is a General Partner at Newfund, co-founder of StartX, Stanford's startup accelerator, and investor in 50 American startups.
He began his career in investment banking at Natixis before moving to the United States to earn an MBA at Stanford University. During his studies, he co-founded ModeWalk, a fashion and e-commerce platform, which was acquired in 2014 by Moda Operandi.
Before joining Newfund, Henri was an angel investor and Vice President of Strategy at StartX, Stanford’s startup accelerator, which he co-founded during his studies.
At Newfund, Henri focuses on sectors such as software-as-a-service (SaaS), marketplaces, and healthcare.

Alexandre de Vigan is the founder and CEO of Nfinite, a leading e-merchandising platform which moved to the USA and raised $100M from U.S. investors, including Insight Partners
