The Ultimate Annual Review

​This year has stretched us unlike any year in history. All of our lives have been upended. We've had to cope with COVID-19, social distancing, work from home, the election, economic hardships, and much more. This year has been truly unprecedented.

​Thankfully, it's time to turn the page on 2020 and begin to look forward to 2021.

​Join Coach Steve Schlafman and a small community of peers for an interactive two-session workshop to reflect on 2020 and determine where you want to go in 2021.

​Session One (2020)

• ​Deconstruct the Ultimate Annual Review

• ​Identify major moments & milestones

• ​Reflect on lessons and learnings

​Session Two (2021)

• ​Set goals, intentions, and purpose

• ​Determine your action plan and immediate next steps

​The sessions will be a mix of short lectures with breakout groups and time for deep focused work. Additionally, the participants will have an opportunity to share and collaborate in between sessions.

​At the end of the two sessions, you'll walk away with a completed annual review which will serve as a time capsule many years from now. Additionally, you'll have very clear intentions and plans for 2021.
