​Celebrate International Yoga Day with us at sunrise! We’ll come together as a conscious community for a special yoga, movement, and breathwork session—guided through immersive AURA headsets.

​After practice, we’ll head for a cold sea dip to awaken the body and then gather at La Cala in Barceloneta for a warm coffee and deeper connection.

​✨ What to bring:
– Yoga mat
– Swimwear
– Towel
– Warm clothes
– Blanket (for breathwork or after the dip)
