Join us on June 25 for a special edition of the WIE Speaker Series featuring Christina Blumer, Executive Director of the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation.
Since stepping into the role in 2022, Christina has made history as the first woman to lead the Foundation since 1975. She oversees its daily operations and core programs—Brave Beginnings, the Will Rogers Institute, and the Pioneers Assistance Fund—which provide vital support to current and retired members of the motion picture industry.
With over 15 years of service to the organization, Christina has held key roles including Director of Development and Director of Operations, where she expanded fundraising efforts and deepened industry partnerships. She also spearheaded the creation of the Film Row program, a leadership development initiative for emerging professionals. Her work continues to honor the philanthropic legacy of Will Rogers while shaping the Foundation’s modern impact.

A graduate of California State University Long Beach with a degree in Human Development, Christina is an avid animal lover, golfer, and live music fan who enjoys weekend getaways to Lake Arrowhead with family and friends. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Motion Picture Club and takes great pride in being an aunt to her nieces, Paisley and Amelia.
