Join us for an evening of mindful movement and mental health awareness
Shanti House and ISHA Health are partnering to bring you an immersive experience of yoga and meditation with live harp music, and community connection dedicated to mental health advocacy and holistic wellbeing.
This event is designed for professionals that are looking for mindful movement + to learn more about supportive, alternative therapy approaches to mental well-being. Whether you’re navigating your own mental health journey or want to learn more to support others, this event offers a compassionate space to explore the profound connection between mind and body.
What you can expect:
6:30-7:30pm: A rejuvenating vinyasa yoga flow led by Louisa (all levels welcome!) with live harp playing by Alison Restak
7:30-8pm: Breaking down the barriers of mental health, an open conversation with trained and experienced psychotherapists led by Dr. Mai of ISHA
8-8:30pm: Social connection with other community members

Alison has been entraining audiences with beautiful harp music for over 20 years, performing at weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. She is also a licensed clinical social worker, board-certified music therapist, and certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with over 19 years of experience in behavioral health.
