​Join us for a 90-minute Moon and Waves Embodiment Method class—a unique somatic experience where we journey into the subtle energies within. Through moon salutations, affirmation work, and connecting with both the feminine and masculine energies within, we gently explore our true selves. This inclusive practice welcomes everyone, regardless of experience, to connect with their highest, kindest self. You’ll be guided in a safe, grounding space as we embrace the emotions our bodies hold and find freedom in compassionate presence.
