WHAT IS GRAVITY YOGA®?

Gravity Yoga® is a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly.

Gravity Yoga® is recommended as an additional training method to complement your existing training schedule. Whether you are a dancer, runner, cyclist, swimmer, tennisplayer, crossfitter, martial artist or a yogi, Gravity Yoga® is designed to support and enhance your performance at your chosen sport/performing arts. By regaining more mobility and flexibility, you will move better in your current training/performance.
