19:00-19:15: Intro by RisingNow & Fit By Wendy.
19:15-21:00: Speedfriending — connect with others, enjoy the vibes, and dance a little, if you feel like. We will stay at Le Valmont for an afterparty past 21:00. 💃🏻
Who are RisingNow?
We organize monthly unique experiences focused on self-care, wellness, networking, and education. Our mission is to connect like-minded women in Prague, discuss topics that matter to us, share knowledge and ideas through experiences, events, and workshops.
Who is Wendy?
Wendy is an online fitness coach passionate about empowering women to lose weight and get toned while still enjoying the foods they love. In 2017, she discovered her love for strength training, which led her to go through her own weight loss journey and winning three Bikini Championships in the UK in 2023. She has helped over 250 women from around the world reach their fitness goals. Wendy's mission is to inspire, encourage, and guide you through a fun and sustainable fitness journey.
