You'll find the exceptional 'Albert' rooftop at the top of the Palais de Lorraine's marble stairs.
Access via KBR Main Entrance: Enter through the glass automatic doors at Mont des Arts 28.
Elevator to the 5th Floor: Once inside, turn right towards the elevators and select the 5th floor.
You can also Enter through the Palace of Charles of Lorraine at Museumstraat 1, 1000 Brussels.
